TunisiaTourismTV - The Capitol is one of the most beautiful monuments of the archaeological site of Dougga. It was the temple dedicated to the three god protectors of Rome – Jupiter, Juno and Minerva. The giant statues of the gods were placed in three big niches within the temple. The Capitol dominates the market place (left) and the forum (right).
